These red-skinned mashed potatoes are just the creamiest. They're always a hit with company. Just a warning they're addictive.

INGREDIENTS:
•8 medium red potatoes, “cubed”
•2 teaspoons crushed garlic
•2 tbsp Earth Balance (spread)
•1/4 cup rice milk or almond milk
•2 tablespoons Agave
•1/4 teaspoon organic steak sauce (no high fructose corn syrup)
•1/4 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh chopped garlic if available
DIRECTIONS
1. Place the potatoes into a large pot, and fill with enough water to cover. Add 1 teaspoon of the crushed or chopped garlic to the water for flavor. Bring to a boil, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until easily pierced with a fork.
2. Drain the potatoes, and add the Earth Balance. Mash until the Earth Balance is melted. Mix in your milk of choice, agave, steak seasoning, and remaining chopped or powdered garlic. Mix potatoes with an electric mixer until smooth or get those muscles workin’ and beat it like it owes you some money!
Serve and enjoy as one of your favorite sides.
