Warning all peanut butter and chocolate lovers out there... You may want to share these with your co-workers, family, or friends. They are addictive.
This is the easiest dessert recipe ever... simple and so delicious. I did not say it was the healthiest dish on the dessert bar, but it good. The gooey caramel sits atop a golden graham cracker crust and is swirled with peanut butter and chocolate chips.
Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Bars
Makes 20 servings
Ingredients:
1.5 cups of crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can of condensed sweetened milk
1/3 cup natural peanut butter
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2.Place melted butter in the bottom of a 9x13" pan. Spread graham crackers over the top and press into the pan.
3. Spread can of sweetened condensed milk over the graham crackers.
4. Heat the peanut butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. Drizzle peanut butter over the top, sprinkle with chocolate chips.
5. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Cut into 20 pieces (4x5 rows)
