off of the covering of the axon. catalasehelps reduce that demyelination. the next thing you need to make sure you’regetting in your diet every day is onions and that’s because onions have quercetin inthem. what quercetin does is quercetin is an anti-inflammatory. inflammation is a problemwhen you have ms. inflammation is just what it sounds like. you hit your finger with ahammer for example, it gets swollen and it gets inflamed. that inflammation is takingplace inside your body and it’s causing a lot of the symptoms that you have with yourms. what quercetin does is it helps keep that inflammation under control. it helps keepit to a minimum. quercetin also helps the mitochondria makeenergy. the mitochondria are the power plants
